Shoprules

• Agasport reserves the right to withdraw from any contract after informing the customer in case of calculation errors, unavailability of the products ordered by the customer or any violations of the following „General shop-conditions“.
• Ski pass and tickets for skiing lessons have to be picked up at the selected location
• In order to use family discounts, the box „family discount“ has to be checked on every family member.
• If more than one family wants to use the family discount, a separate order for every single family is necessary.
• Kids/Bambini products are limited to a certain age (see price-list).
• From 2010/01/03 onwards, group courses can ony be booked from Sunday or Monday up to (maximum) Friday.
• All prices include the Value Added Tax for Austria (20 %).
• A confirmation of payment will be sent to you via e-mail. Please print the invoice and bring it along when you come to our shop.
• You have to pick up the tickets for ski lessons at the location in Maria Alm.
